Low energy

We live in a very busy society.  There is always so much to do, and often times we find ourselves living with low energy and stamina.  Exercise seems to be the furthest thing from our minds when we are busy and tired....but is is worth the effort to workout anyway?  Is it worth the discipline to 'just do it?'

I say 'yes'!  Contrary to what you would think, exercise actually gives you MORE energy and stamina and leaves you feeling invigorated and ready to conquer the tasks before you.  Ask anyone who exercises regularly and they will tell you that when they miss 3-4 days for whatever reason, they feel worse!

So, you may be busy and tired, but let me encourage you to be physically active.  Even if you can only exercise for 10-15 min that day ....it will help!

The benefits of a regular exercise program can not be denied.
